Eldervane offers legal advisory sessions tailored to the needs of pensioner clientele. Sessions are scheduled in advance and fees are due upon confirmation. You may transfer a scheduled session to a different date if you provide at least 72 hours notice. All sessions are non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or in the event of a no-show.

3. Information Products

Eldervane provides digital guides and online courses focused on legal topics of interest to pensioners. Purchases are delivered instantly upon confirmation.

4. Goods

We may offer physical publications and materials. Goods are shipped to the address you provide and are your responsibility upon delivery.

5. Refund Policy

This policy applies to all services, information products, and goods provided by Eldervane.

5.1 Service Refunds

If you cancel a legal advisory session at least 48 hours before its scheduled time, Eldervane will reimburse the paid amount via the original payment method within 14 days. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours prior or unattended sessions are not eligible for reimbursement. You may request a one-time transfer of a session date with at least 72 hours notice.

5.2 Information Product Refunds

You may request a refund for any digital guide or online course within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the content. Once the material has been accessed or downloaded, no refund will be issued.

5.3 Goods Refunds

Physical materials may be sent back to Eldervane within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, Eldervane will reimburse the purchase price via the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Modifications to Terms

Eldervane reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
